lunges, squats...ect. things like that should help to tone.
Do some hiking and walking. Swimming will also build up your leg muscles and so will dancing. Any exercise that'll build up your legs will make the jiggles go away
Mine do and I'm 4'11'' and I weight 85, well now 95 but I'm pregnant so yeah. Mine always have so yes it is normal. Every girl I have ever seen does to. Don't worry. Try leg excercises.
hope I helped, xoxo
you're probably talking about your calves, yes? that's just your calf muscle hon. that's what it does. you can strengthen and tone it a little. create some definition in those legs and when they jiggle, you'll be proud of them!
stop eating...=]
alexis132---I hope that was sarcastic!
no, its not my calves, I have great calves. is my upper leg.
- and alexis 132, get a life. that wasn't helpful at all. and for your info, im not fat at all and I dont need to stop eating. if thats the kind of advice you give, then you have NO buisness giing it. thanks, little belimic bitc* but I dont need your opinion : ] .
so your thighs then? I'm guessing that you probably need to work on your inner thighs then too...yes? swimming is good for that, also, I've been doing pilates lately and that helps my legs a lot. that's what I suggest.
