Is it legal to give alcohol to an underage spouse?

its not legal but as long as you dont get caught I dont think it would matter

It’s not legal, and you can be charged if caught. In some countries they have a law where a Parent can give alcohol to their underage child so long as that Parent is constantly supervising the child (yes, that could mean that Parent could give their 6 year old kid alcohol in front of a Police Officer and the Police wouldn’t be able to do anything). Whether or not that law applies in your country I am not sure of.

Yes it is illegal, but you can’t get in trouble as long as you don’t get caught so be careful with your actions.
