OK my boyfriend says its illegal to have sex under 15 years old.
Thats not true right?
Cause otherwise all the 13 14 and 15 year olds who got pregnant would have been arrested or something.

it is illegal.and more if he is older than you. no one need to know when you have sex.because it could cause problems.someone could tell your parents and they can get your boyfriend arrested.

Two minors having sex is not illegal. It's only when a minor and someone over 18 having sex does it become illegal.

It is illegal. They dont usually put people in jail unless the guy is over a certain age (and there's plenty of those in jail)
