I'm wondering is it illegal for minors (like 13-15) to mas*urba*e with other people? And if so explain,and if not anyone want my number (heheh joking) and for example for the people who'd not understand like if I wanted to mas*urba*e with a girl..ect.

Its not really illegal per say... however you are two young to be doing this... I would suggest just keeping it personal right now... and then when you get older and have a relationship with a girl you like a lot... then you can do these things together..
