Is my belly button infected?

okay so i have had my belly button pierced for three weeks and it is like puffy and read around the holes, like it is raised around the wholes and i dont know what to do but i dont want to take it out... i neeed advive asap!!

go to the doctor, but you need to make sure you clean it as much as you are supposed to! If the infection isnt that bad i would ask your doc to see if you can leave it in a couple more weeks or if you should take it out. if you can leave it in keep cleaning it. mine was infected a lil but it wasn't bad enough to go to the doctor. it will also crust over sumtime. when it does DONT PICK!! that can make it worse. just move the ring up and down a couple times a day day after you wash your hands. then when its heal (or if its been a while and still not completly healed) change your ring to a more expensive metal one.. then if it don't get better, its time to take it out!
