get a software called smarty unstaller andu will be able to delete it

click start - go to search - go to all files and folders - search IMVU - then right click all and deleate them (some may say delete but then show a pop up box ignore this and press ok) - then go to your recycling bin and select all of the imvu related things and then go to file and click delete then search again and there should be nothing listed named IMVU (if not I can't help you =.=')
