Immigrating to morocco

Does anyone know any info about this? No matter where I look online I cant seem to find adequate information and when I call the moroccan embassy here they tell me they dont speak english.

ah ok, I've been to all those sites and they dont give any information regarding requirements to immigrate which is what I was wanting to know. sorry, I should have been more specific.
