The basic belife is that god put drugs on earth to evolve humanity .

Well, it makes about as much sense as any other religion, if not more. And, I'd have to say I'd be ok with partaking in the ceremonies, but I don't think it would lead to the further evolution of society. I think it would lead to all the members of The Church Of Naturally Growing Drugs laughing hysterically all the way to prison.

There are several court decisions that defended the right of native Americans to use peyote in their ceremonies. Of course they have a long tradition of using peyote to have visions.

There is also the Rastafarian movement. Rastas do smoke marijuana in their ceremonies and can make similar claims for marijuana being part of their religious tradition.

You'd probably be be better off converting to Rastafarianism than starting your own religion. Assuming you don't mind dreadlocks and Reggae music naturally.
