I really feel like smacking the person who says they want to be anorexic. Seriously, I'm glad you're on the smart side. If exercise isn't working to help you to lose weight, you should talk to your family doctor.. There is something wrong if your dieting and exercising isn't producing results. (Not SERIOUSLY wrong, now.) However, I wish to point out that people who carry a little extra baggage can be beautiful, you just have to be confidant. Low self-esteem is as bad as an L stamped on your forehead. People know something's wrong, even if they don't know what. Anyway, I know that that doesn't help much. You have to be really comfortable with yourself for that to work. Try to get to that point without killing yourself on a tredmill. I hope you can lose weight if that's really your goal, and I hope you do it safely.
truthfully, i used to be anerexic. i dont like going around boasting about it cuz being anerexic is deffinatley not an adventure you want to take. be happy with who you are. and believe me, anerexia is a hell trip and im so glad i got out of it. i actually got teased because i was so skinny. so dont think being skinny is the answer. its the exact opposite.

i've tried a lot. i dont want to be fat but the weight keeps coming
and i've tried to hide it. i've tried to be anorexic
and i dont want people replying to this saying dont be anorexic.
i want to be skinny.
i exercise daily. and im still not skinny...
enough.
and im scared that i'll hurt myself.
from all this lack of energy.
i need tips to hide this.
help me.
