How to stop feeling sick from not eating?

Eating will help you stop feeling sick from not eating. Your body is telling you it's dying from starvation.

if you dont want to eat for your weight then you should at least eat for your life. you can do serious damage to your main organs by not eating. eat healthy foods if your worried. dont just stop eating.
