omg the same thing happens to me.. I cant eat lunch or anything at school cause ill trow up.. I've been hoping I wasnt the only one like this but the doctor told me... take acidophilis
You should check with a doctor but it sounds like you might have the flu. I got the flu when I was a freshman in high school and remember feeling the same way that you described. The flu makes it hard to eat food but you should try to eat something, even if it is only a little bit, okay? Try eating some hot soup. Just rest and most likely you're symptoms will stop affecting you.

I hate eatting. Every single time I do I feel a knot in my stomach and grab the bucket...but nothing and I stay like that for hours. If I drink anything besides water I get even worse. This has been going on for the last couple weeks. And I've lost 4...
pounds in a week. And its still dropping. I get weak and sick if I do eat, and just alittle tired if I dont. So I just stop until I have no choice. Any ideas why this is happening and how to make it go away?
