be active dont stay at home. since its summer plan all your days so you dont have any just stayin at home. I don't know .. aviod being bored.. because thats when people eat the most. sleep 12 hours a day so you have less time where you can eat food and its good 4u. think about bout everything you eat and make healthy alternatives. dont eat fast food or drink soda, at all. drink tons of water because it makes you feel full + chew lots of gum. chewing mint gum makes you not want to eat most foods. thats everything I do.. and im stil fat... haha joke
