THE BEST THIG TO DO IS TO RUN EVERYDAY THATS what I DO AND IT WORKS AFTER you RUN DO LIKE 30 CRUNCHES AND THEN PUT your LEGS TOGETHER PICK THEM UP A LITTLE BIT LIKE 6 INCHES OF THE FLOOR AND GO UP A FEW TIMES you WILL FEEL THE BURN IN your STOMIC THIGHS BUT REMEMBER you HAVE TO DO IT EVERY DAY !!!
