How do i make my tummy and thighs smaller?

almost every year I dont go swimming because I am a soccer player so I have HUGE thighs, and when I wear jeans it cool. but I cant wear shorts or anything. and then because im 13 I have a little bit of a tummy. and I want to get rid of that too. and...

fast. so..
- how can I get rid of tummy fat (not a lot)
- how can I make my tighs smaller
- I have like rolls on my side when I like reach over the side. how can I get rid of those
- and how can I do this all in less than 5 weeks

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

ps. I have an hourglass figure already.

lol...I used to have the exact same problem. soccer is too fun tho! I took on pilates and swimming. they really help to lengthen the muscles. try it out.

Start skipping on one leg - jump on left leg twice then jump on right leg twice and continue. Start with 1 min continuously and slowly increase to 10 minutes at one stretch . I used to do it for 35 minutes continuously few years back ,so you can keep my time as a sort of standard.

Side situps are prefered before stretching ( legs,as mentioned below )- 5 times for each leg.

Stretch your legs sideways - you must have seen Karate related movies - as a start you can hold have a friend near you. But buddy be careful you are going to sweat and feel the pain like anything. Stretch your legs to the maximum length possible ( so that you dont cry with pain ) , hold it for atleast 60 seconds there. If you are alone than you can hold a sofa and stretch .

Do crunches and touch your forehead to your knees. Do atleast 3 sets - 15 times or more. When you are tired then sleep on your back , head up and try to lift your tummy up without touching the knees by your forehead. Do this exercise for 40-50 times.

Position : Sit on ground - left leg stretched forward , right leg touching left leg thighs - bend your body and touch the left leg's fingers with the right arm fingers . And Vice Versa.

Dont eat 1 hour before and 1 hour after any exercise.

After having any kind of meal / food, walk for a minimum of 200 hundred steps . Stop eating fast food and avoid carbonated drinks. Dont eat stuff like cheese , butter etc instead you can drink hot milk. Avoid cold water.
