desensitization.. (kinda) its like this.. every now and then or every time you have spiders there, try interacting with them little by little.. like everyday, touching it, then the next day holding it for like 3 sec the next day 5 sec, next day 6-7 sec and son on until you finally overcome your fear..

Recently I started seeing spiders in my house too... they look too feeble with their lean legs and a tiny body... a tiny crush kills them but still we that is I along with my sis and bro scream our gut out... and then kill it

I want to get rid of my fear of spiders
I hate spiders! Everytime I see one in my house I freeze in fear or just scream. I've woke my dad up at 4:00am just for him to kill a spider in my room. Its just the way they move so fast and their legs and the thought of one being anywhere on my body. I...
even have to sleep with the blanket covering my head because I'm afraid that one might crawl into my ears or mouth, I seen on TV where a spider crawled into a womans ear when she was asleep and layed eggs and they hatched in her head...EWW!!!. Whats the best way to overcome this fear.
