I really don't think you should be having a baby with this guy because he's not ready to have a baby and if you feel if having his baby is going to make him stick around even longer? you think again!
Its best to wait until you are both ready to have children, that way the they can grow up with both parents there.
Try talking to him and tell him of all the positive possibilities of having a baby.
You never know, maybe he does want to have kids with you, maybe not now, but sometimes in the future when he's 100% ready rather than 0%.
