Chance of getting pregnant wtih condom and pull out

I want to have sex with my boyfriend and I feel comfortable doing it and I really want to but im not on birth control. He said he would wear a condom and pull out before he ejaculates. Does this mean that the chance of getting pregnant is lower? I know...

that theres pre cum and stuff that has sperm in it but isnt the chance not as high if he pulls out.

Well if he wears a condom and pulls out there is a really low chance of yu getting pregnant but there is still chances...the only way yu can be sure that yu won't get pregnant is by not having sex
