how can my mom have full cutody of me? my dad isn't like abusiveor anything, I just hate him.

yur old enugh to make yur own decision of which parent yu want to live with by the time yu hit 13.
there are always someone that yu can talk to about this liike a children's aid worker or something like that.
yu got to haev a good reason for yur explaination though.
I already eben threw this.
I used to live with my father for 13 eyars I wanted to move out live with my mother because I was being physically abused by my stepmother so they replaced me ehre at my mother's house.

Ask your Dad if he'll sign over full custody - shouldn't hate your Dad - what if he's not around tomorrow...

You can ask your dad, but the simple fact is, if he doesn't then it's up to the court.
