Why haven't we been able to have a baby?

hi me and my husband have been together for 6 years and have been trying off and on to have a baby for 4 years now we both got checked and was told we can have kids but it hasnt happend yet my periods are not always at the same times what can we do so I can have a baby soon ... ty for your advise

Sometimes when you are stressed about having a baby, it can affect the way your body responds to this problem. If your doctor says everything checks out, you just have to be patient. I know thats not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. It will usually happen when you are not thinking so much about it. If you can afford to take a trip somewhere fun or tropical, I'd do that. Just focus on your relationship, how much you love each other, and just pamper each other the whole time you are gone. Getting your mind off of it, and having the time of your life, might just be what you need to get this jumpstarted.

when you do not have regular periods its hard to pin point your ovulation times. if your really serious about trying for a baby then I would buy an ovulation kit to see when your most likely to fall pregas. stress does make your body do wierd things but if you have been trying on and off for 6 years then I dont think its that. make sure your a healthy weight and excersise regularly and it should all happen for you. good luck.
