Does not drinking water give you acne?

i have a healthy diet, im not over weight or nothing, my mom had acne really bad, i might just have to outgrow it.

Drinking Water Helps Acne Go away. I read it in a Seventeen Magizine.Also What could be the cause is not getting enough sleep.

If you don't drink water on a regular basis, then the toxins are not being flushed from your body and your internal organs are not being fully hydrated as they should be.

If you do not like the taste of plain water, you can always add a slice of lemon or lime.

Make sure that you are washing your face in the morning and at night before you go to bed.

Do not put your hands all over your face, because then you are introducing new bacteria to the bacteria already in your skin.

no eating to much greasy food, stress and just being dirty and showering causes acne normally sometimes though its just hereditary that does happen alot.

my advice stay away from pizza and candy items shower wash your face 3x a day and don't worry and don't pick youll leave scars
