Is it better to drink more than 64oz water during the day? Really can you drink too much?

yes, you could die from too much water... and it is also really not necessary

I think recommended is like 3 litres a day...

ummm you can die from drinking to much water but as long as you dont over do it youll be fine ( you cant die from 64oz because pregnant people are supposed to drink more than that in 1 day)

NOO! Don`t drink too much, you can die! There were these kids trying to be cool, drank like 7 bottles of water in 3 minutes and one of them died.
