Well if it's interfering with your sleeping then go see your doctor, he'll more then likely prescribe you some Requip or Mirapex to help you sleep better
Minor RLS symtoms can sometimes be eased by taking a multivitamin and eating foods high is potassium. (like bananas) Low potassium can cause leg twitches, spasms, and pains. Also drink more water. If you are slightly dehydrated RLS symptoms can occur. The occasional gatorade or sugarfreee popcicle can also help. If the symptoms continue or get worse you should see a doctor.
