Leg twitches/jerks

Go A's! Asked by oaklandathletics 9 months ago, 1 answer.

Over the past few weeks my legs have been twitching, but only while sitting down. I don't actually know if it is twitching or jerking, but it if was jerking, then kindof minor jerks. I feel fine so I don't think it is connected to anything else I have...

gotten lately. Can anyone help tell me what this is?

well 2 things it could be... first you could be having some sort of cholesterol issue which can block oxygen which can result in a twitching.. or you are developing something called RLS(restless leg syndrome) which usually only occurs when sitting down or laying in bed. It could also just be a muscle twitch which is just your leg moving around to allow for something to be repaired.
