well to be honest you have a TINY waist!!!
you don't want to lose weight otherwize ull start becomming unhealthy. If you mean you would like to tone your tummy up then thats different. I try to eat heaoltherly but I aslo eat what I want when I want and I have a 26 in waist. So its really being active and maybe some push ups.This doesnt mean go crazy and do loads of exercises im just saying to tone up so push ups can help. But your not fat so don't lose weight. xXx

I really want a flat stomach
But I know your meant to eat healthy and eat protein.. but I can't eat fruit veg meat or quorn food because I have really weird fears of these foods but what can I do to get a flat stomach?
Oh and crunches, bike riding and running.. will that help me...
