how do I put songs off of limewire on my ipod?

How do I put songs off of [limewire or frostwire]

Onto my I-pod
-confused-

take all of the songs you want and enqueue them
click save as
and mak sure you save it into my music
then itunes
then itunes music
then save it as a name
then go to itunes go to file
then import file
and it will take you staright there
click on the file
and it will import
:]

In iTunes go to File>Add to Library... Locate your Limewire folder and hit open. iTunes will import all the music files in that folder.
