Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack, and similar stores are the best ones for discount clothing, in my opinion.

I LOVE the clothes at Limited Too (so do my daughters)...they are expensive if you buy when things first come out, but if you check the sales racks or look for coupons, you can get some great deals. And, their products are of great quality, wash well, and last for years.
