Where could i buy inexpensive but nice jeans for skinny girls?

I could never seem to find nice jeans that actually fit me. I'm kind of skinny, which made it a little hard to find jeans when I was real young, and it still seems hard. The weird thing is, when I tried jeans on the store they seem absolutely perfect but...

once I get home they don't fit. grr. So is there any specific inexpensive place I could buy jeans that actually fit GOOD for any body type?

PACSUN, HOLLISTER,AMERICAN EAGLE,AEROPOSTLE are all great stores to find pants for u, but Pacsun is the best.
