I need to lose 25 pounds in a month and a half, any tips?

I’m seeing this guy next month who I really digg and I want to look good for him, I need some weight loss advice.

25 pounds is a lot of weight to lose… I’d just suggest cutting down on that halloween candy, pasta, breadsticks and all that. For 2 months I only ate raw nuts, fruits, and very little meat and dairy. I worked out three times a week, for thirty minutes by jogging, push ups, and bicycling. I lost about 35 pounds, in a short amount of time…Which scared my parents and my doc so I had to stop my diet and work out less but if you commit to that, you should be good.

Hmmm you do not say why you need to lose 25 lbs in a month and a bit, by the look of your profile picture you do not need to lose weight at all.

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

also, no boy is worth being with if you have to loose weight for him, if hes not happy with who you are and what you look like, hes not worth it

If you stop eating completely, you will lose about 1 pound a day. Of course, that might kill you too. You could realistically lose about 10 pounds in a month with a combination of severe calorie restriction and exercise, but check with your doctor first or you may die.

It isn’t possible to lose 25 pounds through exercise in that amount of time unless you’re Lance Armstrong.

A lot of exercise…drink lots of water, stay away from carbs no rice unless it’s brown, bread, grilled instead of fried and it’s very important 2 eat don’t starve urself. If you are craving sweets eat fruit or a piece of dark chocolate. Running, aerobics, get into a routine.
