Weird bumps on my tongue

Ok well I have these weird bumps that come and go on my tong and they hurt and some times there just lil and they have like water in them and I can just pop them but other times I can't pop them so I was just wondering does any one know what this is...

or does any one have it ? I have tried asking my doc about it but every time I wither for get or my mom's in the room and I don't want her in the room when I ask her

It could be an allergic reaction, and it could be type 1 herpes (same virus that causes cold sores), among a few other things.

There should be no shame in asking your doctor with your mother around, it's not likely to be anything serious.
