Bumps on the end of my tongue?

I had this really really painful thing on back of my tongue...I try to look at it in the mirror but all I saw is some big bumps at the end of my tongue...and every time I swolle and eat my whole throat hurts and my ears sounds funny.. What are these bumps be or sores???

There are a number of possibilities of what this could be. I had two lumps at the back of my tongue quite recently and they would rub against my tonsils (mine are extremely swollen) and it was very painful. They went after a painful week...

It is most likely Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae. Circumvallate papillae are part of the normal anatomy of the tongue. Generally, these structures are flat and innocuous, however occasionally, a patient presents with enlarged papillae. They are considered normal.

I strongly suggest going to a doctors. Don't use us as a substitute It would be good to get them checked out.
