How can i stop from turning red with embarrassment?

What should I do if I get embarrassed really easily and turn red which makes it more embarrassing?? I do get embarrassed in front of the class even just answering a question...

Breathe deep breaths, and learn to laugh at yourself, like make fun of yourself once in a while, but don't be harsh, if you're too mean to yourself that might cause low self esteem. And we know that's not good.

Easier said than done. I turn red all the time and I hate it. When called upon in a meeting I immediately red red and the worst part is I know what I am talking about within the environment, but the blushing causes me to get flustered because I am trying to work through the hot redness that is so visible to others and still continue with my conversation. YIKES!

Okay that happeneds to me to and sorry to say you cant change it. at school I turn red a lot and people tell me which makes it wrost but dont worry everyone turns RED so be proud even if its hard. I turned red today

I always turn red and my friend even say it. I can feel it but I cant stop it by deep breathing,laughing at it too. HELP !
