Face turning red

why is my face turning red so easily all of a sudden from embarrassment?
it never used to! how can I get back to normal?

Well, it's natural to blush from embarrassment. There is little you can do except:

-Avoid drinking alcohol
-Avoid eating spicy food
-Try to keep your temperature cool and consistent
- Keep your temper low
