I played this with a girl over the internet (we both really like each other). She suggested a variation of the game. You take turns saying stuff you like about a girl/ guy. These can be physical traits or things you want someone of the opposite sex to do to you.

Be warned, this game gets sidetracked between questions. You always want to relate each question to each other so it gets pretty sexual but by the end I think you like each other a lot more. :P Also, if there is a lull someone just has to say I think it might be your turn and voila! no awkwardness. This version is probably more fun and intriguing than 20 Q's (I've played both)
