I'm going to tokyo

I'm going to tokyo on the 26 of june to visit my dad. He's there training to fly bigger airplanes for his job. Scince I know nothing about tokyo, let alone japan, what are some really cool things to do in tokyo? I am sure I'll have plenty of time too,...

because I'll be there for 3 weeks.
