How to legally get out of my house?

that's what I do! when I'm bothered from my parents I go to my room, sometimes I just lose myself and cry...any way, you can also try solving your problems with your dad and your step mom, if it didn't work, here's a better sulotion,
you're 17 and you can take care of yourself of curse! you don't need your father or your step mother! but you MIGHT need your real mother in problems, you know to talk to her, hug her. etc. try to make things right first between you and your father, then try convincing him that you can take care of yourselff and you want to leave the house without leaving problems behind!

I would start looking for an apartment/car or anything you need and do math like how much you spend on what and wut you can cut back on (like any extra stuff not essentials) then figure the amount for gass a month and bills and rent and total it to your monthly income and see wut you can afford. search around untill you find something then when you do ask your dad if you can move out because he has to sign
