try not to worry about it...your eating healthy and getting a load of exercise with the dance and gym...alot of people worry about their weight - especially those who are into dancing and gymnastics as they are normally skinny, and as a teenager you will naturally compare yourself to others - but try not to get addicted to it - remember that your not fat, and its not like your pigging out on unhealthy foods!
Live your life and be happy...dont worry about weight!

hey I feel the exact same way!! I workout all the time too but it doesnt seem to do anything. try not to think negative think positive all the time it helps your self confidence it works. try running or biking, whatever you like to do. Ask your parents for advice or a good friend. Your not fat and you shouldnt feel that way. I mean every girl tends to think like this its normal.

I feel so fat and I dont no why.I only eat faat free foods and I always could calories.I look at eating disorder book all the time.I am a dancer gymnast and I do color guard but why do I feel fat.can any 1 help me please
