I feel scared when alone in the house

Dear Lur,
I don't know why that is..but a lot of people have these same types of negative feelings...Think about it..Why don't you have feelings of comfort..feelings that a loving spirit is in the house with you..I think it's all in your mind and how you choose to think. You can make yourself think in any direction you want. Start thinking positive, you were thinking negative in the past right? You were wrong..You were alone in the house..you thought evil was going to hurt you..you were afraid..nothing happened..this only means you were allowing your thought to go a direction that is the wrong direction, otherwise you would be hurt..or you would have been attacked, or something bad would have happened to you physically..right? Did any of this happen to you? No...So this means that way of thinking is the wrong way...Everytime you are alone and get negative thoughts..just catch yourself and make your thought stay positive...This does not mean to ignore a sound that would make you think someone is actually trying to break in your house...If you think this just call the police...For the most part just start thinking the right way and you will be fine..
Watch some TV also.

You feel afraid of evil spirits, because you believe they exist. If you ever decide to critically analyze that belief, you may well discover it's baseless. At that point, the idea of evil spirits will become as plausible to you as the idea of elves, and you'll no longer be afraid.

Dont think too much. Think of things that will make you happy. Give your friends a call for a chat. On music. There are lots of things you can do to stop those feelings. ^^
