I am freaking getting fat! help!

Okay so I dont know what to do. I am getting so fat.
I'm 5' 8 and weigh like 140.
I play volleyball basketball softball and im a cheerleader. I run and lift all the time.
its like I just can't get skinny. I dont know what to do anymore. I wanna have...

a nice body. I used to weigh like 130. but ugh please help!

honey, your like perfect =]] just remember your height and weight should be proportionate, also all this weight could be all muscle! You are very active, your body is going to make more muscle for you to do all these things better! But if you still want to loose some weight, try going on a green tea, lemon water or just water diet, replace 1 meal a day with water, green tea or lemon water =] and dont eat after 8 or 9 at night, because when you eat before you sleep, it lets all those calories catch up with you. . I hate it too haha well GL!

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index)
calculated for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range
see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight

go to www. special k diet you can do your bmi on ther if you want or you could try a new tablet out hear in the uk its called alli it helps you to loss and extra 50 % of the fat you have already used its a saft drug doctors give it to people over hear with a bmi of over 28 but you can by it from shops or over the net its a realy good drung I lost 40 pounds in 7months on it

You're not fat. For your height you are supposed to weigh between 126 and 154 pounds.
