get the little puppy pee pads and get them used to that like put them on it and say whatever the dogs name is go wee wee and eventually they will learn keep them in a few places in the house and make sure they are always clean. and when they dont do it put them in a seperate room away from you for 10 minuetes. and then after they llearn still leave the puppy pads out and let them go outside sometimes

email me at Fun mail me to let me no if this works

we used puppy pads too. we'd put buddy on it when he started sniffing around to pee, put him on the pad and point down on it 'go pee pee buddy'
when he did pee somewhere else and we'd catch him, we'd say firmly 'NO' and put him on the puppy pad, and repeat 'you go pee pee here'
This took about a month or so but now he always goes to the puppy pad peeing spot.
