Contray to popular belief there is no such thing as certain spot fat reducing (e.g. if I do loads of sit-ups then I will lose stomach fat) it comes from losing total body fat and doing abdominal area excersises.
situps, crunches stuff like that..
run a lot you would feel the burn in your stomach but also do a lot of sit-ups and crunches you will feel the burn trust me.first do sit-ups and then go running and when you finish running do some more sit-ups
run 30 mins a day, 4 times a week, it helps your heart, burns fat and makes you feel better. also I do 200 crunches a night which help with deffinition

I love my body, apart from my stomach when ever I loose weight I only loose it around the rib cage and I want to loose it around the stomach, does anyone know how I can loose it around the stomach area, by next summer??? thanks a lot
