I mean when I first started workin out I just didn't have anything I was just skinny and hap a litte belly fat but I started doin sit ups and crunch and I can see my six pack comin in or w/e but like if I pull down the fat...
I can see my abs perfectly so how do I tune it up? I know you can do it my cardio(running) but its winter out and I don't have a thredmill so is there anything I can do... and can I also get some tips on how to tune up the side of my abs too
