How to tone thighs fast?

Im a 14, im a girl and I weigh 125. And im 5'3''. I know it doesnt sound like a lot but it is. I need to know how to lose a lot of weight around my stomach adn thighs. Like 35 pounds by june.

Eat healthier (not anerexic), excercise more eventually you will speed up your matabolism (lol I can't spell) and lose pounds. Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat so just cause your not losing as much weight as you wanted doesn't mean your not getting rid of fat.

I think losing 35 lbs is a bit excessive. Try not to focus so much on what number you see on the scale but how your body looks. If you want to have a smaller looking stomach and thigh area, try to work out and tone those areas up. Cut out the junk food and eat healthy balanced meals ..but 35 lbs smaller would make you look sickly and not very attractive at all.

You don't need to be losing any weight.
Just try hard to stay where you are.
Certainly DO NOT gain weight or DO NOT lose weight.
BMI=22.1

You're Ideal Weight is 116 pounds.
That's how much OTHER people your age and height would want to Weigh.

125 is a great weight to be for your height. There is no way you are going to lose 35 pounds before prom and you shouldn't want to. It is one thing to want to tone up and another to want to ruin your health.

If you want to tone your thighs then get on a stairmaster or start running up and down the steps of the bleachers at school. Do some kind of aerobic activity to help get rid of fat. Eat healthy!!!

If you became 90lbs you would be seriously underweight. Being a girl is about being soft and feminine not a bag of bones. but if you feel you have a tiny bit of excess weight thats fine just dont go to the extremes.
basically you need to eat 5 small meals a day with plenty of variety dont cut back on the nutrients you need just cut our meal by 1/3. and start running and moving more try yoga and pilates and classes at your local sports centre and drink plenty to flush out toxins.

im 16 5'3 and 120 and a girl I know what your going through can I guess that you are a bit hip-ish and your thighs are kind of large to you
that is how I look at myself. and I am doing cross country and soccer. walk backwards up hills, jog, ride your bike and my fave is watching comedy central while walking or jogging on a treadmill. when you laugh while your running your stomach muscles tighten up more and gives you a work out. I also use an ab lounger about 100 everyday. also leg lifts. lay flat on your back hands beside you or under your butt. lift your legs together without bending about 6 inches off the ground. hold for 5 seconds. drop. 10 seconds. drop. 15 seconds. drop. and repeat. or the other way. legs up in the air and lower legs down till they almost touch the ground and then back up. hold near ground for atleast 10 seconds each time
