yoga and lunges are pretty good for toning your thighs. =]
make sure you start small--dont over do it. like, 10 reps for lunges on both legs, and yoga for 20 min. do it everyday, and go at a steady pace. when you can handle the 10 reps and 20 min. of yoga, increase the amount. =]

Thighs/slim
I wanna slim my thighs, especially the inner thighs. Not too much but a little bit. I know eating right/healthy is good. But what are some exercises for thighs, especially the inner thighs? thanks;
