How to stop the dogs from humping

I have two female dogs, one is a 3 yr old puggle and the other is a 7 month old st bernard and the puggle does nothing and I mean nothing but hump the st bernard. It's at the point where thats all she does! All day! It's disgusting, I have been putting...

her in her crate constantly and she still isnt getting it. I understant that dogs do it for dominance but we have had the st bernard since she was 8 weeks old and enough is enough already! And yes she is spayed. I do have a training collar and leash on her so I have also been keeping her in the same room as I am so I can stop her right away. I just feel as though nothing is working so now I have been putting her in her crate, but as soon as she gets out she goes right after her again! Can someone tell me what to do, am I doing something wrong?

Using the crate as punishment is unproductive...however the leash and collar...given enough time...and a decent correction (up the level a little...a tougher jerk, and a loud NO!...or ENOUGH)...Remember, some dogs are more determined than others...and Pugs, as sweet as they are, can be darn stubborn...

Also, try a squirt bottle...and give her a blast when she starts...the St. Bernard won't even notice, but I haven't met a Pug yet that is overly fond of water.
