How to train my dog to stop humping?

I have a rat terrier, he is neutered but is still hyper, like he wants to get on top of the cat all the time, what should I do? It's really weird. How do I train him to stop this behavior?

I have a smooth fox terrior and he is neuterd but he still licks my chua chua's pen*s and humps him. Just because they don't have balls doesn't mean they can't get horny. It just means they cannot produce sperm anymore. If your dog gets backed up, he will have greenish yellow discharge, I would let him hump the cat. lol.

I might try a water squirt bottle - if he starts to, hit him with a shot...Good luck !!

This is not sexual behavior...this is DOMINANT behavior...He's letting the cat know that he's the 'boss' of their particular little pack...

Push him off, say no...continue to do that, consistantly, and he'll give it up...
