How to reduce swollen ear..

My ear lobe is gauged,
and I slept on it wrong or something and its kinda swollen.
What can I do to make the swelling go down?

Be sure to clean it really good, then hold ice on it. If it doesn't heal out within a week or so, you might want to go to the doctor to be safe.

Wash the area with cool water to get the swelling down, and either remove the jewelry or put in a smaller gauge for the time being while it heals..
