How to make a ripped 80's sweatshirt?

my school is having an 80's day and my best friend and I want to make some of those sweatshirts with the cut shoulder...does anyone have any instructions on how to do that?

umm cut a big hole in the neck and once its on I advise you estimate how much more to cut off, remove then keep cutting

cut off the sleeves but leave the seam on the shoulder on the torso

do you want just one shoudler showing or both of them
for one shoulder cut the neck low or stretch it so you still have the sleve but one side is lower
for both shoulders showing cut the neck and/or strecth it so both the sleves are still there but iwhen you put it one it will sit around your shoulders
