My sweatshirt shrunk!

My favorite sweatshirt got put in the dryer.
Now, one sleeve is significantly shorter than the other.
It makes it uncomfortable to wear.

How can I fix the sleeve?
I need to wear this sweatshirt tonight.
So I only have a couple of hours to fix...

well iron it or wash quickly and hang it on the washing line upside down so the arms are hanging and that usally works because the water goes down to the arms and drips off slowly and slowly streches it o and when it is wet streech the arm then hang it on the line !!!

wash it in cold water and strecth the other sleeve wihile its wet
leave it to air dry and keep strecthing it every now and then untill it dries
it should have strecthed more to the size of the other sleeve
