To maintain your weight you could try regular exercise. Also, make sure your iron levels etc are ok as this is something which is often a problem for vegetarians.

I'm 16, 5' 7, and I weigh 143 pounds! My BMI is 22.4%! And according to this chart that tells you in what range you are I am moderatly overweight!
