Push ups alone won't help. You need focused weight training. Maybe 'pectoral flys' or simple 'bench press' with different hand positions will help. If the gym isn't available then try using anything you can find that is weighted to do the fly exercise or add some extra weight to your pushups. Also try inclining your feet during pushups.
its like your working your muscles not your chest try buying a muscle ball can train around your chest

How can I lose chest fat when I'm already skinny?

Hi, my name is Ken-- I'm a very thin 20 year old, but for some reason I have a little fat in my lower chest that won't go away. I can't afford to lose any more weight without looking sickly, and I do pushups everyday (I'm up to nearly 300 a day). My chest has gotten a lot stronger, but the fat won't seem to go away. Any advice?
